2010 SPRING TEAM MEETING
Hey Everyone,
Spring is here and it is that time of year to have our Meeting and talk racing!!! And it isn’t far away, most of us will be racing come April!!
I am glad to hear that a bunch of us are planning on being there, yahoo. It is quite important to get as many of us here for this as possible and we had to skip out on the meeting last year. It is the only meeting we have except for those at actual race venues. Just one day and we will do a nice 3 hour or so ride after we have the meeting (as long as the weather is good to us).
This year we are going to be having our meeting on
Sunday April 11th at 10:30 a.m.. At T.E.R. Cabinetworks here in
Hopefully that day and time will work with everyone since it is a week after Easter and just before most racing will begin. (This is really the only weekend and date available that there is not a race scheduled so I hope we can all make it!!
Please email me back to let me know whether you will be able to attend. I am expecting Delana, Angela, Marsha, Me, Hopefully Margaret, Jackie, and Heather, so you guys are on the hook now!! Tami
Meeting Agenda :
-We will be covering which races everyone wants to do, to update the schedule.
-Individual goals for the year and team goals… trying to get as many of us to as many races together as possible.!!!! J -Going over Racer Contracts and what is expected of each of us as a team member.
-Discussing ways to gather more sponsors for our team and if anyone has any input on new contacts. Sponsorship is at a real low this year and we have not had a lot of luck with several companies that normally donate. All of the donations and sponsorships help us to get to races and with uniforms and without them it would be a lot of money out of pocket and we need all of us to donate some time to hunting down and gathering sponsors or even just people or companies who would donate something for each new race season.
-and any other concerns or input that anyone has to offer!!!
Okay, directions for those of you who haven’t come here for the meeting in the past!!!
From North (
Come down route 12 thru
Take a left at the light, go over the bridge and take a left at the flashing light.
That is east River road or Rte. 16 I believe (just don’t go up the long hill)
You will drive approx. 1 mile and there will be a small pilaster sign at the end of the street that says
TER Cabinetworks. It is on the
left past a huge pile of dirt. The street (or driveway as it is) is called
Just come down to the business and go to the end that says office.. on the right side.
I will be parked out there (red Honda accord)
(PS the house next door is no affiliation with TER)
From South (
Come Up route 12 thru

Take Rte 79 to Whitney point. Then you can take Rte 206 to Greene. At the light in Green Take a left on Rte 12 and head North.

From East (Oneonta/ Franklin area)
